"At one point, I tried giving up gaming completely, but I play in moderation now, just playing one or two rounds with friends and going right to bed," Beomgyu said.

In response to this, the Weverse Magazine interviewer asked, "Isn't moderation even harder?"

The "No Rules" songwriter replied, "It is yes. There's been so many times I became determined to stick with something, only to lose my resolve every time, and I felt pathetic when I did, but it became a lot better once I became determined to improve myself."

He further said that he realized he needs to keep going no matter what comes in the way. He also shared that making up for himself has made him proud of himself and even a healthier person.

The Weverse Magazine interviewer then recalled what Beomgyu said at TXT's fan live event this past March ("MOA X TOGETHER)"): "I've been so happy and healthy lately."

"What has been your source of happiness these days?" the interviewer asked.

He simply responded, "Just everyday life." He elaborated that his happiness doesn't come from his problems being resolved or doing anything special, it's just that he's happy living his everyday life.

TXT Beomgyu then mentioned not having many friends before (other than his bandmates) but earning lots of them at present. He even named a particular person he has gotten close with, and this person is none other than an ENHYPEN member.

Beomgyu revealed, "Most notably, I became really close with Heeseung while we were doing the joint performance with ENHYPEN."

He then described Heeseung as a funny guy, and shared that they go to bed at the same time and they are both into gaming.

"We grew closer after talking about this and that, and I made more friends one by one, and now we can rely on each other and have fun together," Beomgyu concluded.
