Forbes Selects 16 K-pop Idols Who Are Most Likely To Succeed as CEO – See Full List

In a survey held by Forbes Korea, Kang Daniel, NCT Doyoung, and more were selected as K-pop idols who are most likely to succeed as CEO!

On May 31, Forbes Korea released the final list of the survey they organized under the theme, "Who do you think will succeed as a CEO?"

The voting was held from April 26 to May 10 and it aims to determine the idols with extraordinary planning skills and leadership that will most likely help them to become CEO in the future.

Kang Daniel Tops 'Idols Who Are Most Likely to Succeed as CEO' Rankings by Forbes

Among strong candidates, Kang Daniel proved his global fandom's power and secured the first place. He received 98,050 votes or 50.02% of the total votes, maintaining his name in the first spot from the start of the survey till the end.

With this, Kang Daniel now has a total of four wins in the Forbes Idol poll.

Kang Daniel rose into popularity after becoming the center of the boy group Wanna One in 2017. When the group parted ways in 2019, the "PARANOIA" singer established his solo career not only as an artist but as the CEO of his entertainment company, KONNECT.

As of now, his agency fully manages his activities, former GFRIEND turned soloist, Yuju and Chancellor as well as the domestic schedules of CL, former 2NE1 leader.

Meanwhile, Kang Daniel released his first solo full-length album, "The Story," on May 24. It specifically drew massive attention as it was his first studio album since he started his career as a solo singer in July 2019.

In the rankings, NCT Doyoung finished second and amassed 85,794 votes or 43.77 percent of the total votes.

Although Taeyong is the leader of NCT, Doyoung truly played a significant role in managing the 23-member group, thanks to his skills and charms.

As the assistant leader claimed by Taeyong himself, Doyoung is known for his sexy brain who often acts as the spokesperson of the team – just some of the qualities a CEO should have that you can find from the "Star Blossom" singer.

SHINee Key then ranked third after he obtained 3361 votes. You may think that the idol is only the "funny guy" of the team, but Key actually has a huge contribution to the creatives aspect of SHINee.

He is not only active as a singer, dancer and rapper, but he is also a designer, songwriter, and "brain" of the group - the idol behind many trends that SHINee created.

Fourth place went to D.O. of EXO, securing the spot with 2853 votes. As a CEO, you have to know the way around the industry. Well, aside from being a well-known idol, Kyungsoo is also a respected actor; thus, he has a wide circle of connection.

Aside from that, some of his best qualities is his ability to speak multiple languages as well as his calm yet loving personality.
