From LE SSERAFIM Hong Eunchae to Kep1er Huening Bahiyyih, these six fourth-generation female K-pop idols barely got lines in their groups' songs.

1. LE SSERAFIM Hong Eunchae
While LE SSERAFIM's debut song, "FEARLESS," continues to climb the charts, the song is receiving backlash due to maknae Hong Eunchae's lines. The female idol received 4.6 seconds worth of lines, meaning she got to sing for less than five seconds.
Meanwhile, Yunjin receives 31.2 seconds, six times more than Hong Eunchae. This caused many to accuse HYBE Labels of unfair treatment between the members.

However, following Kim Garam's hiatus, Hong Eunchae took over her lines in the second chorus. With Hong Eunchae receiving more line and center time, LE SSERAFIM is garnering praise as a five-member group.
2. (G)I-DLE Shuhua
When (G)I-DLE came back with "HWAA," Shuhua became the talk of the town when it was discovered that she only received 3.9 seconds of lines. This was widely controversial, with some even wondering if the idol could sing.

Many demanded that Shuhua get the lines she deserves. Their wishes were heard when (G)I-DLE returned with "TOMBOY" following Soojin's withdrawal. Shuhua received more lines and attention with one member down, proving her abilities as an idol.
3. NMIXX Jiwoo
Despite being one of the unofficial centers of NMIXX, Jiwoo only received 15.2 seconds of lines for their debut song "O.O," while Lily received 39.6 seconds. On top of her limited lines for their debut single, Jiwoo was also criticized for her physique, which drew pity from NMIXX supporters.

However, many believe that Jiwoo will be able to show off more of her potential in the future and that she will show the public her true ability.
4. Kep1er Huening Bahiyyih
After being formed on the Mnet survival show "Girls Planet 999," Kep1er quickly made headlines after their debut. However, their debut song, "WA DA DA," drew mixed reactions online.

This is because Huening Bahiyyih, who ranked second in the show and is one of the most popular members, only had 8.69 seconds worth of lines. Meanwhile, Dayeon amassed 23.94 seconds of lines.
5. IVE Gaeul
IVE has a more balanced distribution for their lines than other groups on this list. However, many are still unsatisfied with the number of lines Gaeul received in their title tracks.

For "ELEVEN," Gaeul received 17 seconds worth of lines, while Liz received 34.3 seconds. For "LOVE DIVE," Gaeul received 8.35 seconds of lines, while Jang Wonyoung received 27.06 seconds.
6. aespa Giselle
For internet users, aespa's way of distributing lines is confusing. This is because most of aespa's title tracks (except for "Black Mamba") have several rap parts. However, it tends to go to Karina rather than Giselle.

As a result, people quickly accused SM Entertainment of favoring Karina and ignoring Giselle. Even though Giselle has shown improvement, the female idol still lacks the attention she deserves.
In "Black Mamba," Giselle received 14.21 seconds while Ningning received 34.13 seconds. In their most recent comeback, "Savage," Giselle received 42.97 seconds while Winter received 72.74 seconds.
