But, I don't think the two are different. It's because the acting, singing, and the way I express myself are the same.
Personally, I feel that music and acting are similar. When you think of the recording studio and the filming process, it's very similar."

"As a singer, I write all the lyrics. When I wrote the lyrics, I often express what I haven't experienced like dramas or novels, he said. That training helped me act."

When asked for a further reason why she came up with the song while active as an actress, she explained:
"I think of a lot of things when I act that I haven't think of before, so I write a lot of lyrics [...]"
Contrary to the theme of the movie, IU's 2021 hit single, "Strawberry Moon" is a song that is bright and magical and tells the story of going on a fantasy-like, perfect romantic date with a special someone.
In regards to this, IU commented:
"It's really random. I also can't explain why I wrote this song while filming, 'Broker,' but I think it helped me achieve both (acting, songwriting)."
