Kanye West Unveils New Songs For 'Yeezus' Album At Governor's Ball & Rants 'We Aint Got No Big NBA Campaign' or 'Radio Single' [Videos]

Kanye West did not disappoint at his Sunday performance for the final night of the Governor's Ball Music Festival. He revealed two new songs off his new album, Yeezus, during his headlining set and even went off on another rant.

West went gothic as the New York Daily News notes, but that didn't stop one of the biggest rap artists in the world from rocking the crowd on Randall's Island to close out the three day Governor's Ball Music Festival.

Kanye also revealed three new songs on his upcoming Yeezus album, which is set to drop in a little over a week on June 18.

But there's been some controversy surrounding Yeezy's new album and the bun in his beau's oven, since Kim Kardashian is set to give birth to their child soon.

First though, lets get to the new songs Kanye performed on Randall's island with a deliberately darker and more toned-down stage performance than he did for his last solo release, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy in 2011.

Kanye came out in a black leather jacket and red Air Yeezy's 2 and performed "Black Skinhead" to open the show, and he also close the performance with an encore performance.

It was an intense reckoning for Kanye each time, and the crowd enjoyed how amped up he appeared despite his toned-down stage setting.

Then came the new tracks. After performing, "Black Skinhead" and "New Slave" on SNL, and the latter of which was projected onto screens across the world in a creative marketing gimmick, since the album isn't getting any traditional PR, Kanye unveiled two more tracks, which we have video for below:

"I Am a God"

And a couple Vine uploads of "I Am a God," including the New York Times' Jon Caramanica:

Also Complex Mag has video of a third new song from Kanye, that is still without a title:

The emcee originally from Chicago also took time to rant about the music business last night, as has become his custom at live gigs in the buildup to Yeezus.

Said Kanye after his verse on "Clique":

"We ain't drop no single to radio. We ain't got no big NBA campaign or nothing like that-Sh- we ain't even got no cover. We just made some real music."

Kanye is somewhat famously selling the album with no cover art except a red piece of tape with the album's title, "Yeezus" etched in handwritten black sharpie.

Kanye wasn't done though, deciding to take aim at the radio and the entire music industrial complex.

"When I listen to radio, that ain't where I wanna be no more. And honestly, at this point I can give a f— about selling a million records, as long as I put out an album y'all can rock to all summer."

Here is a Vine upload of Kanye's rant:

The crowd went ballistic at this point and even though there are no radio singles that have been released before the album drops on June 18th, and there is no way to pre-order the album through iTunes or directly from a retailer, he's still likely to sell a ton of copies for the record because fans can't get enough of the self-proclaimed "Yeezus."
