‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ Plot And Cast Spoilers Suggest Expanded Universe Storyline

We already know some basic information about "Star Wars: Episode VII" but recent spoilers hinting at the cast and plot of the newest Disney installment of the franchise are being released.

The Latino-Review says that "Star Wars" director J.J. Abrams is ready to cast "The Tudors" star Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Abrams and Meyers worked together in "Mission Impossible: III," which was directed by Abrams.

This information comes from a reliable source, The Huffington Post points out, as the Latino Review "has a good track record of breaking news about Abrams' projects," Fashion&Style writes.

Also, "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe has expressed great interest in the "Star Wars" movie and said he wants a part. Abrams may call him up for a supporting role in the film.

A leak of some possible plots has also been revealed by sources at Schmoes Know. Abrams allegedly sent out a casting breakdown that could reveal the basic storyline of "Episode VII," as well as singling out the two main characters, Screencrush.com theorizes. Storyline: Two 17-year-old twins, a girl and a boy, are trained by their uncle Luke to be the greatest Jedi's in the galaxy. Problems arise when the male twin turns to the dark side.

Jaina Solo - Female, 17 years old, lead. - Jacen's twin sister, one of the greatest Jedi's in the galaxy, trained by her uncle Luke Skywalker.

Jacen Solo - Male, 17 years old, lead - Jaina's twin brother, one of the greatest Jedi's in the world. A loner who is constantly struggling with the idea of what's right and what's wrong. Starts to turn to the dark side. Full of conviction that what he is doing is the "right thing." Will eventually become Darth Caedus.

According to Screencrush.com, fans familiar with "Star Wars" Expanded Universe will be familiar with the names Jacen and Jaina, whose characters are also connected with those from the original movies. "Uncle Luke" most likely refers to Luke Skywalker, and the last name "Solo" hints that these are the children of Han Solo and Princess Leia.

What we do know for sure about "Episode VII" is that Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher will all return in their original roles as Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Princess Leia. Production will begin January 2014 in London, and the film is scheduled for release in 2015.
