ATEEZ's Choreographer Calls Out 'SMF' Vata Amid 'Say My Name' Choreography Plagiarism Issue

Dancer Vata, a member and the leader of We Dem Boyz (WDBZ) dance crew, is currently embroiled in a plagiarism controversy after fans noticed a familiar dance move in his choreography during a challenge on Mnet's "Street Man Fighter" (SMF).

Fans claimed that it is pretty much identical to the iconic "driving" dance move in ATEEZ's "Say My Name," which was released back in 2019.

The "Say My Name" singers took home two awards, particularly Artist of the Year (Bonsang) and Best Performer. This marks their second consecutive year to earn Artist of the Year.

Additionally, during their appearance at the award ceremony, they performed "The Real" and their latest comeback track "Guerrilla."
