Demi Lovatos's an outspoken woman- and she proved it again on Twitter. Many young celebs would want a new car or flashy jewelry for their birthdays-- Lovato just wants the world to be a better place. She's talked about her struggles with eating disorders before; for her birthday, she wants something that goes against them.

Lovato Tweeted that for her birthday, she wants a Barbie that looks real-- like her. The "Heart Attack" singer has spoken about the media and body image in the past-- and she proved again on Twitter how close to her heart the subject is.

Demi revealed that she's wanted her own Barbie doll when she was little... but with her own body type.
