Miley Cyrus has been working really hard to distance herself from the Disney star she was once, with her short, punky hair and new style. But she took it to new levels when she arrived at the This is Myspace event in Los Angeles with a shiny gold grill in her mouth.

As People magazine reports, 20-year-old Miley was also wearing baggy pants that were half-sweatpants and half-jeans, rolled up at the ankles. She also accessorized like crazy, including an oversized "M" pendant necklace, gold studs in her ears, and a glittery golden manicure.

To top off the '90s look, Miley paired the jeans with an Alexander Wang bralette and a shiny leather jacket. She finished it off with white pumps and a Chanel bag. Her bleached hair also seemed more styled than usual, reaching greater heights.

During the performance of the song "Blurred Lines," Miley joined Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke on the stage at the Myspace launch party. She danced alongside the men and even sang a few lines, The Daily Mail reports.

Justin Timberlake, a major shareholder in the social network, tweeted a picture of Pharrell, Robin, and Miley on stage, along with the tweet: "Shout out to @robinthicke for playing tonight! "

The new MySpace was unveiled at the event, with a greater focus on mixing social networking with music streams.
