The Korean Business Research Institute has unveiled the April brand reputation rankings for K-pop female idols. The list covers data derived from factors such as consumer participation, communication, community awareness, media coverage and exposure. The rankings were conducted in over 635 female idols, which were gathered from March 16 to April 16.

Here are the 7 most popular K-pop girl group members for April 2023!

1. BLACKPINK Jisoo

Jisoo of BLACKPINK ruled over the April's brand reputation list for girl group members by gaining an index of 8,544,173. This score was derived from Jisoo's 74.27 percent increase, surpassing her previous score in March.

Jisoo caught everyone's attention with her solo debut, wherein she released her first single album "ME" alongside title track "FLOWER." The singer actress trended because of her promotions, achievements, and appearances.

For her keyword analysis, words such as "FLOWER," "world tour," and "YouTube" were included. She has also gained 92.73 percent positive reactions on her positivity-negativity analysis.

2. NewJeans' Minji

Minji of NewJeans swapped places with Jisoo after their March rankings. The NewJeans member secured the No. 2 spot by gaining a brand reputation index of 3,377,165.

3. NewJeans' Hanni

Hanni of NewJeans followed fellow bandmate Minji, closing in the third place with a brand reputation index of 3,163,464.

4. BLACKPINK Jennie

BLACKPINK Jennie earned a spot on the fourth place, garnering a brand reputation index of 2,724,103. The idol also trended due to her performances at Coachella 2023 with her group. Jennie became the topic of discussion because of her charisma during the event.

5. NewJeans Haerin

Haerin rounded the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,482,514.

6. BLACKPINK Rosé

BLACKPINK's main vocalist Rosé collected a total of 1,981,122 for her April brand reputation index. She also trended for the same reasons as the rest of the BLACKPINK members because of their Coachella stage. However, she also became viral because of the dating rumors, which involved her and actor Kang Dong Won.
