Photographer Reveals BTS V and BLACKPINK Jennie Paris Romance Timeline

The K-pop universe is buzzing following a surprise revelation: a seemingly innocuous video featuring superstars V of BTS and Jennie of BLACKPINK, supposedly on a date in the city of lights, Paris.

The videographer behind the lens, Amar Taoualit, has broken his silence to provide clarity on the timeline of events, stating his delay in sharing the video was meant to safeguard the idols.

On May 17, the Internet was ablaze with speculation when the images and video of V and Jennie hit the screens.

The BTS idol was in France for a CELINE engagement, and Jennie was preparing for her stint at the Cannes Film Festival.

Details such as V wearing a particular jacket and the appearance of Jennie's staff in the video, who were dressed in recognizable clothing, added fuel to the fire.

The Photographer's Narrative: Claims of Innocence

In a bid to shed light on the swirling rumors, Amar took to social media, making his intentions clear: he didn't foresee this encounter and was unprepared, explaining the poor quality of the video taken hastily on his phone.

"The video that has attracted so much attention was shot on May 15, not the 17th, as widely believed," Taoualit said in his post. He further detailed how a close-up image of V, donned in the infamous jacket, was snapped by a friend after the idols had parted ways.

Additional Information Unfolds: An Issue of Timing and Safety

On May 18, Amar provided further insights into the matter. He clarified that the controversial video was filmed on Monday, at 11:36 PM, but only shared two days later.

His reason: to ensure the safety of the beloved idols. "It was essential to ensure their safety above all else, hence the delay in sharing the footage," stated Taoualit.

In an unexpected turn of events, Amar later shared the original video clip - minus the music - of Jennie and V.

Despite its low resolution, the video seemingly picked up faint whispers from the rumored couple, adding yet another layer to the mystery.

No Comments from the Entertainment Houses

While speculation continues, neither HYBE nor YG Entertainment, which manage BTS and BLACKPINK respectively, have officially addressed the speculation.

They maintain that the issue involves the private lives of their artists, therefore refraining from making any statements.

Legal Investigation against Initial Leaker

On the other hand, an investigation is underway against the individual who initially leaked private photos of Jennie and V, with YG Entertainment adopting a stringent stance.

"There will be no leniency," the entertainment house stated, indicating serious legal consequences for the perpetrator.

While the evidence is tantalizing, the silence of the concerned idols and their managing houses leaves us suspended in a cloud of mystery.

The idols' fandom eagerly awaits definitive confirmation or denial from the parties involved. For now, it seems, we must be content with whispers and rumors.
