According to Biz Korea, G-Dragon has acquired a 244 square meter property at Warner Cheongdam last year. 

The luxury apartment building which is under construction on the former site of the SM Entertainment Studio in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, has been the talk of the town for its extravagant features.

Slated for completion in 2025, this skyscraper houses only 16 units from floors 4 to 20, which exemplifies the epitome of exclusivity and luxury.

Unmatched Opulence

One striking feature of this property is a dedicated elevator for supercars on each floor, enabling residents to park two cars inside their homes. 

Last year, the penthouse at the top floor, dubbed the "Super Penthouse," caused quite a stir with its asking price of 350 billion Won, the highest in the country. 

G-Dragon's purchase price was reportedly between 150 and 180 billion Won, a figure that underlines his formidable wealth.

Sister's Splurge

Adding to the intrigue, G-Dragon's elder sister, Kwon Da-mi, who married actor Kim Min-jun in 2019, is said to have purchased a larger, duplex-style unit in the same building.
