Dead Rising 3 Revealed As An Exclusive Launch Title for Xbox One; Kinect And Smart Glass Functionality Are Optional [VIDEO]

Dead Rising 3 was announced as an exclusive title at launch for the Microsoft Xbox One.

During the Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2013 held at Los Angeles Convention Center, Microsoft revealed Capcom's open world zombie game, 'Dead Rising 3' as one of its exclusive titles. But aside from simply being an entertaining zombie survival game, there are some cool features that players might want to try out using complementary gaming devices, Kinect and SmartGlass.

USA Today reported that one of the exciting features of Dead Rising 3 for Xbox One is that players can connect it with Kinect, which means any whisper a player made while gaming could prompt for the zombies to make an attack. However, it may be hard to achieve the full effect when in a loud room, but it will definitely be a cool feature for this game of the undead if it is executed the right way.

The third installment of the Capcom Vancouver's game, Dead Rising 3, also supports the SmartGlass device. Xbox One players can sit on the couch with their tablet or smart phone devices and use it to help their friends attack the zombies. Maps are also available which include mission checklists as well as details on how to find hidden places and objects.
