Paris Jackson is mad at mother Debbie Rowe, whom she has been trying to rebuild a relationship with in recent months. After rumors that Rowe would be Paris's guardian, Jackson is now mad at her mom and doesn't want her "back in the hospital or to be anywhere near her."

Paris' cousin T.J., one of Tito Jackson's sons, shares custody of Paris and her brothers, Prince and Blanket, with their grandmother Katherine Jackson. Apparently Paris's mother Debbie is defending him instead of Paris.

A probate court judge was ordered an investigation into the "health, education and welfare" of Paris Jackson following her suicide attempt. The court investigation will recommend any changes necessary for Paris Jackson's welfare, including a possible guardian change.

Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson are Paris's guardians.  But that could change if the judge determines the current arrangement is not serving Paris well. But it is really up to Rowe.

Paris has been increasingly frustrated that her grandmother is not "connected" to her life.  That's a big reason why the teen has struck up what has become an intense relationship with Debbie. The judge would take Debbie seriously, given the fact that she's the biological mother with a meaningful relationship with Paris.

"There have been communications between the court and counsel and we're completely supportive of the court's actions," Katherine Jackson's attorney, Perry Sanders Jr. said about the court investigation. Katherine Jackson only cares about Paris's welfare right now.

He has said 15-year-old Paris Jackson is doing ok and is physically fine, receiving appropriate medical treatment after attempting suicide.

In fact she's been very open and honest to her doctors.

"She's not holding anything back to the doctors. She's speaking her mind and leaving nothing on the table. For a family that's been so private throughout the years, she's dishing all the details," an insider said.
