During a conversation with a monk, Kim Ho-yeong mentioned that he had studied meditation as a required subject during his time at Dongguk University, but confessed to often dozing off during those classes.
In response, the monk provided some guidance, emphasizing that meditation should be approached without constraints and that comfort is key. Demonstrating his own technique, the monk explained, "Right now, I am simply inhaling and exhaling, focusing on a single breath."
As the conversation continued, Jo Kwon expressed a waning interest in material possessions, stating that he was trying to embrace a mindset of owning nothing. Kim Ho-young, however, advised him to maintain a sense of ownership in his content, suggesting that it was not the time to dismiss the idea of ownership altogether.
Interestingly, the monk also revealed that BLACKPINK Jennie had previously expressed her desire to film a vlog at a temple, but her request was declined.
