Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife Tish are heading for divorce again, after 19 years of marriage, TMZ reports. And Miley is not happy with her father.

Tish filed divorce papers Thursday in Los Angeles. According to The LA Times, Billy Ray filed for divorce in October 2010 but later dropped the petition five months later. This time, it's Tish who is calling it quits.

"This is a personal matter, and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time," Billy Ray Cyrus said, CNN reports.

When the announcement was made of her parents' divorce, it was apparent that Miley Cyrus was not pleased. On June 13, she posted a passive-aggressive Tweet: "@billyraycyrus since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this."

She later deleted the tweet.

Tish says she doesn't want her maiden name back but is seeking spousal support, payment of attorney's fees, and physical custody of their 13-year-old daughter Noah, the only child out of five that the couple share who is still a minor, TMZ reports.

Tish cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, with the date of separation to be determined.

Billy Ray Cyrus rose to fame in 1992 with his song "Achy Breaky Heart."
