Reid Flair's Autopsy Results Reveal That He Died From A Drug Overdose: What Was Found? [VIDEO]

Reid Flair's autopsy results were revealed Friday and showed that he died from an overdose of heroin and other drugs.

Reid, a professional wrestler and son of legendary wrestler the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair died in March in Charlotte, N.C. and almost two months later; Reid Flair's autopsy results revealed that drugs were the cause of his death.

Reid Flair's autopsy results showed that traces of the muscle relaxant clonazepam and Xanax were in his system as well heroin, reported by TMZ. He had been battling a heroin addiction for years and overdosed three times within the past two years.

"I loved him ... He should have been on top of the world, but he was fighting a battle he couldn't win, Reid's mother and Ric's former wife Elizabeth Fliehr told the Charlotte Observer."

Reid's real last name is Fliehr, but he was following in the foot-steps of his father who took the name Flair as his wrestling name.

"We are heartbroken to confirm that Ric's son, Reid Fliehr, has passed away today March 29, 2013 in Charlotte, NC," Flair's agent told TMZ following Reid's death.

He was returning from a tour in Japan.

After crashing his car, police found black tar heroin inside it, and he faced felony charges. He was also charged with driving while impaired, driving with a revoked license, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was released after posting $15,000 in bail in August of 2009. Reid was also arrested twice before that.
