BB Girls Spills the Tea on Their Epic Comeback with Brand NEW Identity
In a recent appearance that sparked excitement among their fans, the members of BB Girls, formerly known as Brave Girls, took center stage on the August 15th episode of KBS CoolFM's renowned radio show "Lee Eun Ji's Music Plaza".
A Budding Rookie Group Steps into the Spotlight
With an air of newfound energy, BB Girls introduced themselves as a budding rookie girl group, highlighting their debut a mere 13 days prior. Reflecting on their transition to the new team name, they expressed, "We've become more familiar with our new identity."
The group took the opportunity to introduce their latest track "ONE MORE TIME" and delved into intriguing anecdotes from their recent fansigning events.
The girls opened up candidly during the broadcast, sharing insights about dieting and its unexpected outcomes. They humorously noted, "If you go on a diet, you tend to binge eat only that food. If you have salad for diet, you will likely eat only salad. It actually doesn't have much significance on your diet."
Eun Ji, a member of the group, confessed that the re-debut had ignited her nerves the most. She recalled the trembling anticipation she felt just by locking eyes with fans and expressed that the nerves lingered even as they spoke on air.
The long hiatus from live performances due to the Covid-19 pandemic made their return to the stage even more cherished. BB Girls admitted, "Every stage is memorable and precious. We will never forget the moment we heard fans start cheering," underlining their deep connection and gratitude towards their supporters.
The group gave listeners an insight into their choreography, crafted in collaboration with dance crew La Chica. They emphasized the focal points of the "ONE MORE TIME" choreography - the 'heart dance' and the 'clock dance'.
Dishing out more behind-the-scenes anecdotes, Minyoung shared, "I filmed the 'FORM' challenge with Young Tak. It was a little difficult, but I successfully mastered it. Young Tak is such a good dancer. Both the choreography and the song are so impressive."

The camaraderie among the members shone through as they engaged in a lively quiz to test their knowledge of one another. Their accurate guesses about each other's preferences showcased their tight-knit chemistry.
Eunji playfully admitted, "Maybe you don't want to hear this, but we've been together for a very long time." She added a touch of humor to the show by offering her impression of the radio host, Lee Eun Ji, leaving the audience in laughter.
Meanwhile,Brave Girls, hereinafter BB Girls, addressed the discord rumors between the members, which allegedly became the reason for their initial disbandment.
