NBA Finals Game 5 Manu Ginobili Gifs [Video]

The NBA Finals Game 5 is in the books, and the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Miami Heat 114-104, after an incredible game by Manu Ginobili. Here are 5 gifs of the ageless Ginobili.

One of the surprises to start the beginning of game 5 last night, was Spurs coach Popovich deciding to insert Manu Ginobili into the starting lineup.

Usually, Manu comes off the bench mid-way through the first quarter, but last night Popovich decided to start his Argentinian superstar, and the results were fantastic.

Manu finished with a season high 24 points, including this 3-pointer early that gave San Antonio a 16-10 lead early in the first period. A time when Manu would normally be on the bench or along the sideline waiting to be subbed in.

But the Manu explosion last night also included 10 assists! He was slicing and dicing up the Heat's defense on his way to the 10 dimes, including this excellent past through two Heat defenders to find Tim Duncan on the low block for the jump hook basket.

It was in the second half where Manu really started to get into the teeth of Miami' hyperkinetic defense.

The Heat didn't have anyone—even LeBron James—who could stay with Manu as he hit from the outside and driving to the rim.

Manu And 1 at the hoop against Chris Bosh:

Manu finished 8-for-14 on the night, but was 6-for-10 in the second half helping the Spurs pull away far enough so the Heat weren't able to come all the way back.

Some of the shots Manu hit were incredibly acrobatic, including this drive where he appears to be going right on Heat guard, Norris Cole, only to switch to his dominant left hand as he's going up, before flipping it in for the score.

And even though Manu is a left-handed player, he was able to dazzle the fans in San Antonio's AT&T Center by going right-handed on this play, past Norris Cole (who probably is still having nightmares about defending the Argentinian).

Manu scores with his right hand on a bank shot just outside the restricted area over a rotating Udonis Haslem who doesn't get to him in time.
