USA Vs. Honduras World Cup 2014 Qualifying Games Schedule Update: Preview And Online Live Streaming [WATCH & LISTEN]

The United States will battle Honduras in a World Cup 2014 qualifying game on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah, where the North Americans will seek to maintain their lead within their group.

Honduras, who is ranked fourth within the North American, Central American and Caribbean region (CONCACAF), will seek to earn enough points to maintain its fourth place position and possibly face off against New Zealand in an alternate match for a ticket to the World Cup 2014.

The United States is leading the CONCACAF qualifying group with ten points - they have six goals in their favor and three goals working against them. Honduras, trailing behind Costa Rica and Mexico in fourth place, has seven points and has six goals in their favor and six working against them.

If Honduras is able to defeat the United States at Rio Tinto Stadium on Tuesday, they will advance to one of the top three positions within the group and increase the likelihood of a World Cup 2014 entrance.

However, the United States will remain within the top three positions in the group even if they aren't able to defeat Los Catrachos.

The Honduran squad will also keep close tabs on striker Jozy Altidore, who has scored a goal in every game that the United States has won.

The United States defeated Panama in their last World Cup 2014 qualifying game with a 1-0 victory, while Honduras defeated Jamaica with a 2-0 home victory that propelled the team's chances of qualification.
