The suicide attempt of Paris Jackson could be due to the clashing paternity results of her and brother Prince. The paternity of the Prince and Paris was once thought be the same, but now Paris is grieving with evidence that Prince may not have the same father and it is speculated that this could be the reason for Paris's suicide attempt. 

Paris Jackson always knew Michael Jackson "could not be" her natural dad, yet believed she and Prince shared the same paternity. The paternity shocker between Prince and Paris could a main reason for Paris Jackson's suicide attempt.

A source close to Paris and Prince Jackson said, "Paris has always wanted to believe Michael was her dad, but was aware that wasn't really the case. But she was convinced her and Prince were full siblings."

"She always idolized him. Hearing she wasn't started a downward spiral."

There have long been reports that Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his three children, and a series of men have claimed that the paternity.

The most frequently mentioned name is Dr. Arnold Klein, MJ's doctor and friend, who's even admitted giving the late King of Pop a sperm sample.

Another Jackson friend, Mark Lester, says the same thing, while numerous others, including Macaulay Culkin, have been rumored by the tabloids.

Paris and Prince do share the same biological mother but have clashed on their views of Debbie Rowe.

The clash has confused Paris about her relationship with her mother. Prince still holds a great deal of anger towards Rowe and is saddened to hear of his sister's newly kindled relationship with their mother.

In the recent weeks before Paris's suicide attempt, Rowe has spent an increasing amount of time with Paris Jackson - watching her perform in her school play, taking her out to lunch, and hosting her at her Palmdale ranch. Once alienated from her former in-laws, Rowe has the blessing of Paris's grandmother and legal co-guardian, Katherine Jackson, who sees her as a good influence.

"Paris has been going through a lot of teenage angst and feels a little bit unloved," says a source. "So about three months ago Paris reached out to her mother and told her she wanted to establish a relationship with her. Debbie was open to it, and Katherine Jackson is supportive of the developing relationship."

Paris spent two weekends with Rowe in Palmdale, helping her with her horses. "She's enjoyed telling friends in L.A. how she's helping take care of a pregnant mare on the ranch, and even how she was recently chased by a chicken."

In recent times the source says that Paris and Prince are not as close as they used to be, partly because of Paris's relationship with her mother and now they could be drifting even further if their fathers are not the same as each other.

She is a young girl who lost the only parent she knew at the age of 12 and then had every aspect of her life put on public dismay. If her brother Prince has a diferent father, Paris will completely fall apart.
