Yujeong, one of the four remaining members of BBGIRLS, revealed the behind-the-scenes struggles during a guest appearance on Radio Star.

Despite their five-year journey from 2016 to 2021, marked by a reduction in members from seven to four, success remained elusive.

Faced with the challenges of the industry and the reality of entering their thirties, the members contemplated disbandment, opting to explore solo careers instead.

"I was thirty years old then. I thought we should look for a new path as soon as possible with our age. We decided to support our next journey,"

The gravity of their decision became apparent as they even scheduled a meeting with their agency, Brave Entertainment, to formalize their disbandment plans.

However, fate intervened just in the nick of time. The day before their scheduled meeting, Yujeong received startling news from friends - their song "Rollin'" was going viral online. Calls from broadcasting centers requesting their performance followed suit, breathing new life into their faltering career.

"In the two years since going viral, BBGIRLS has gained many new fans and had multiple comebacks. They were able to leave Brave Entertainment and continue as a group under Warner Music Korea."

The fortuitous turn of events not only saved them from disbandment but propelled them into a new era of success. Had they disbanded when initially contemplated, they would have missed the viral wave that revitalized their career.

Instead, BBGIRLS, now under Warner Music Korea, defied the odds, accumulating new fans, enjoying comebacks, and living out their dreams well into their thirties.

The BBGIRLS' narrative serves as a testament to the unpredictable nature of the music industry, where perseverance and timing can transform a group's fate from the brink of dissolution to the pinnacle of success.
