Henry Cavill Superman Workout Video: Man Of Steel Star Goes Shirtless For National Guard Sponsored Workout Spot [WATCH HERE]

Henry Cavill has a Superman workout video. The “Man of Steel” star went shirtless in a brand new workout video showcasing how he got his Superman body.

The two-minute and thirty-nine seconds Superman workout video available for viewing at the official YouTube channel of the National Guard, shows Henry Cavill sharing his experience training with Mark Twight. Man of Steel director Zack Snyder and cast members Antje Traue and Mark Twight were also in the video.

“Mark [Twight] is probably one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met,” the 30-year-old actor says in the video. “He’s opened my eyes to seeing past what I thought were my limits. He’s a remarkable man, truly. He understands what I’m going through physically. He understands me because he sees what I’m going through as a person, which I think is what makes him such a good trainer.”

The “Man of Steel” cast members, director and official trainer all weighed in on the value of pushing yourself over the limit and being selflessly dedicated to building a stronger mind and body.

According to the National Guard YouTube Channel, the video was made so the Superman stars and workers can “shed light on the very same bravery and dedication that inspire our National Guard Citizen-Soldiers® to be everyday Super Heroes themselves.”

The video has so far received more than 200,000 views on YouTube.

“Man of Steel” opened in theatres last week and according to JustJared, broke records as the highest grossing opening weekend in the month of June.

The 2013 American superhero film is directed by Zack Snyder and produced by Christopher Nolan of “Dark Knight” and “Inception” fame.
