Galaxy Corporation Responds to Rumors Concerning BLACKPINK Jisoo
Word has gone around that BLACKPINK member Jisoo will be signing with Galaxy Corporation, the agency that currently houses BIGBANG member G-Dragon.
Following the rumors, South Korean news outlet iMBC Entertainment News reached out to Galaxy Corporation to verify if the rumors were true or false. The news outlet stated, "We recently reached out to Galaxy Corporation to fact-check after receiving a tip that they have completed signing a contract with Jisoo."
An official from the agency responded to the rumors, stating, "It is not true. We told you it is not true. It is not like that." The flippant way the agency responded to the news site has caused confusion among internet users, who noted the label's discomfort at the rumors.

Usually, the process for A-list stars to change agencies is very complicated. When asked if it was true that they sent a love call to Jisoo, Galaxy Corporation only gave a vague response. They told news outlets, "We have been asked this many times. However, it is not true. We will inform you if this does happen."
The outlet then asked, "Do you mean the company will make a clear official announcement to clarify the situation later on?"
To this, Galaxy Corporation responded, "No, we already told you that it is not happening; that means we are not going to release an announcement, right? If we receive such information, we will contact you. For now, it is not true."

BLACKPINK Jisoo Recent Activities
Along with her bandmates, Jisoo was invited by King Charles III as an Honorary Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) on November 22, 2023, at a special investiture held at Buckingham Palace. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol was also present.
