Justin Bieber Car Hits Camerman in Hit and Run [Video]; Singer Cleared Of Allegations. Police on Question Owner of Other Car Involved [Video]

After being under investigation over a possible hit and run involving a member of the paparazzi last night,  TMZ reports that Justin Bieber has been cleared from being the alleged culprit.

Last night around a quarter to midnight, JB was leaving the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in his noteable snow white Ferrari.  While is buddy Lil Twist took the passenger seat, a heap of paparazzi were fighting to get shots of the two.

As soon as Justin took to the steering wheel he tried motioning for some of the photographers to move out of the way.  However, one photographer wasn't so lucky.  Once Bieber drove off it looked as though he pinned one of the paps between the Ferrari and a parked car.  Despite what appeared to have happend, Justin kept it moving.

Several hours after the incident, Los Angeles Police Department started an investigation and met with the singer for questioning.  Supposedly he told the police that he didn't realize he hit someone.

The photographer didn't suffer and severe injuries, but the officials said it was his fault due to the fact that he was a pedestrian in the roadway.

This wasn't the first time Bieber and his Ferrari were under scrunity.  Recently he was under investigation for reckless driving in his Calabasas neighborhood because neighbors were complaining about him speeding through the community.  One complaining neighbor in particular was Keyshawn Johnson who even chased the singer down.  Bieber refused to be questioned by the police about this incident.

In addition the musical entertainer faces battery allegations for an altercation that took place in March with another neighbor.
