Reggie Bush posted his first public photo of his baby girl on Instagram, but didn't congratulate his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian on giving birth to her first child yesterday.

"Enjoying my first Father's Day with my family! #blessed," Bush, an NFL player, captioned the picture on Sunday.

In the photo, Reggie, 28, is looking dashing in a gray suit and black tie, with his 6-week-old daughter, Briseis, in his arms. Briseis is wearing a cute, green-striped onesie. Both father and daughter are smiling widely for the camera.

But Reggie, who dated Kim on and off from July 2007 to March 2010, explained that he and the reality star don't keep in contact anymore, and he has no plans to reach out to her to congratulate her for giving birth, In Touch Weekly reports.

"We've been focused on the future," he said. "I haven't been worried about anything else or on anything in the past. Just the present and the future."

Reggie also didn't hear anything from the Kardashians when his daughter was born May 6.

"I haven't spoken to them," he said. "I've just been focusing on my little girl and my family. That's it really. I've been enjoying my life and this opportunity. All my focus has been on that."

"When you have a child, everything you do is about them," Bush told In Touch Weekly after he and his girlfriend Lilit Avagyan had Briseis last month. "You're thinking about your child first. Everything."

Kim gave birth to her own daughter with boyfriend Kanye West just a day before the Instagram pic was posted. Her daughter was born five weeks early, but no details about her name or weight have been released.

Despite their lack of contact, Bush holds no hard feelings over his ex.

"I always wish her well," Bush told Us Weekly. "Always."
