On January 11, Korean netizens gathered in a forum, where they discussed BIGBANG's removal from YG Entertainment's site.

In the post, the author uploaded two screenshots from the agency's homepage, only showing the tabs of YG Family, BLACKPINK, TREASURE, and BABYMONSTER, highlighting BIGBANG's absence.

"They had BIGBANG as a group and GD x Taeyang but it's all gone now," OP remarked.

Korean V.I.Ps were in favor of BIGBANG's removal, saying that the agency should've deleted the group ever since their contract expired in 2022.
