1. LE SSERAFIM - 'UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)'
LE SSERAFIM released "UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)" on May 1, 2023. The group released a Japanese version featuring Ado on August 23, 2022.
The song was a massive success, peaking at number two on South Korea's Circle Digital Chart. "UNFORGIVEN" also hit the top ten in Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. On the US Billboard World Digital Song Sales, the song peaked at number seven.
2. IVE - 'Kitsch'
IVE released "Kitsch" on March 27, 2023. The song was a pre-release to their first studio album, "I'VE IVE."
"Kitsch" was a huge hit in South Korea, topping the Circle Digital Chart. It stayed at the top for three weeks and was IVE's third number-one single in the country. "Kitsch" also topped the charts in Singapore and Taiwan.
3. FIFTY FIFTY - 'Cupid (Twin Ver.)'
FIFTY FIFTY released "Cupid (Twin Ver.)," as well as the original Korean version, on February 24, 2023.
After a sped-up version of the song went viral on TikTok, FIFTY FIFTY saw overnight success. The song peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number eight in the United Kingdom. Since then, the group has released a remix featuring Sabrina Carpenter.
4. ITZY - 'DALLA DALLA'
ITZYZ debuted with "DALLA DALLA: on February 12, 2019.
Though the song initially received mixed reviews, "DALLA DALLA" was a hit. The song peaked at number two on the Gaon Digital Chart and the K-Pop Hot 100 charts. The song earned ITZY nine first-place music show wins.
5. NewJeans - 'Hype Boy'
NewJeans released "Hype Boy" on July 23, 2022, as the second single from their debut EP.
On top of reaching the top ten in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam, "Hype Boy" peaked at number two on Korea's Circle Digital Chart. The song broke the record for longest-running song on the Billboard Global 200 by a K-pop girl group, remaining on the chart for 42 weeks.
6. Stray Kids - 'God's Menu'
Stray Kids released "God's Menu" on June 17, 2020.
Though the song did not chart well in South Korea, "God's Menu" was a success overseas. The song peaked at number four on the US World Digital Song Sales chart and ranked in the top 25 in New Zealand.
7. TXT - 'CROWN'
TXT debuted with "CROWN" on March 4, 2019.
Following the song's release, TXT broke the record for the fastest artist to hit number one on the Billboard World Digital Songs chart. "CROWN" was praised for being fresh and energetic while also having meaningful lyrics.
8. ATEEZ - 'Say My Name'
ATEEZ released "Say My Name" on January 15, 2019.
One thing that made "Say My Name" popular was the dance. The song was even included in Just Dance 2024! The song talks about the group embarking on a second journey together.
9. aespa - 'Next Level'
aespa released "Next Level" on May 17, 2021.
The song became aespa's first top-five hit in South Korea. On top of that, the song entered the Billboard Global 200 and World Digital Song Sales charts. "Next Level" was praised for its sudden genre shift during the bridge.
10. (G)I-DLE - 'TOMBOY'
(G)I-DLE released "TOMBOY" on March 14, 2022. It marked the group's first release since Soojin's departure in 2021.
This comeback was well-praised for its lyrics and message. "TOMBOY" topped the Circle Chart for weeks and was certified platinum after surpassing 100 million streams in South Korea.
