ONCEs have noticed "disorganization" in TWICE's social media, sparking a protest from the fandom online.
Here's what happened.
JYP Entertainment's Division 3 Faces Backlash for 'Mismanagement' of TWICE's Official SNS
On January 26, ONCEs voiced out their criticism towards JYP Entertainment's Division 3 for its alleged "mismanagement" of TWICE's official social media accounts.
According to the posts on X (Twitter), fans exclaimed how TWICE's official SNS, especially their Instagram account, contained disorder in its feeds. Fans stated how this kind of disarray can affect TWICE's upcoming comeback and lead to fewer engagements.
The following caption went viral on X:
"Disorganization on @JYPETWICE's social media, especially on Instagram, can be a significant obstacle in building their brand and connecting with their audience, and could even harm the promotion of the next comeback.
TWICE DESERVES BETTER"
Meanwhile, fans also added that followers can get jarred or confused when one's account is "chaotic" due to specific factors such as inconsistent posts, lack of visual cohesion, and "disjointed narrative."
They followed that such disorder could even harbor signs of unprofessionalism from the marketing and planning teams.

Some commented on how the agency should follow the trend in the fourth generation by doing extra content in TikTok since TWICE's 2017 B-side track "LOOK AT ME" has gone viral on the social media platform.
Others were simply exasperated with TWICE's social media team, saying how their marketing crew should be replaced with individuals who are adept in navigating trends and promoting the group properly to sync with the new generation.
ONCEs Enraged After TWICE Mina 'Excluded' from Spotify's Cover Photo
In other news, ONCEs were infuriated over Mina's exclusion from the music streaming platform Spotify earlier on January 13.
Fans pointed out that Mina was nowhere to be seen on the frame featuring one of their "I GOT YOU" teasers, and expressed how disrespectful it was for the "SET ME FREE" singer and the group. This led Republic Records, JYP Entertainment, and Spotify to be called out.
They also mentioned that there were several "I GOT YOU" teaser photos from the agency, instead of the one that was unable to fit all nine members.
