"Hello. We are here to inform everyone with this sudden news.

The eight members of the group (Jewon, Minjun, Vahn, Vari, Seowon, Taehun, Joohyoung, Jiho) are currently in a legal dispute against FirstOne Entertainment.

We would like to apologize for sharing this sudden news with i.ENIN, who has always been there for us. However, we are aware that NINE.i exists because of i.ENIN, and that the happy memories we've made with each other have helped us a lot.

We will do our best for i.ENIN and NINE.i by collecting strength from this gratitude, and doing well in future activities as long as our conditions allow. We would also like to assure everyone that the relationship of NINE.i members will not change.

Furthermore, the current promotions of NINE.i in Japan would still proceed without any changes. After an in-depth conversation, one of our members, Eden-hyung, found it difficult to proceed with this dispute.

We will do our best to be with i.ENIN, along with Eden-hyung. Our words might affect i.ENIN, which worries us, but we hope to see you trust our solid hearts through this situation and wait a little longer for us.

Once again, we would like to apologize for this abrupt news at the time we started the tour."

Fans reacted to the announcement on X (Twitter) by conveying their resolve and rooting for NINE.i to win the case. Read their reactions below:
