iPhone 6 Rumors Rundown: Three Different Release Dates Emerged

iPhone 6 rumors that circulated online include three various release dates, one in 2014, one this coming September, and one very soon for Apple's trade-in program.

Apple kept mum about their new hardware devices during the Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference or WWDC 2013 but that did not stop the tech sphere to talk about the highly-anticipated upcoming generation of iPhone.

Apple fans and critics cannot wait for new information about the upcoming Apple phone, thus, more and more iPhone 6 rumors are surfacing online. Some of the iPhone rumors that continue to heat up in the online and mobile device world are the 4.8 inch screen, the trade-in offers from Apple Store and the three different iPhone 6 release dates.

One of the iPhone 6 rumors says that the new iPhone will be available early 2014 and it will sport a 4.8 inch screen. Network World reported about a statement made by Glen Yeung of Citi Research. In the statement, it says, "We...expect a 4.8 [inch] screen iPhone 6 to be launched in 1Q14," which means from January to March 2014.

There are also iPhone 6 rumors that suggest iPhone 5S and 6 will be both released in the market by September 2013 but a bad news came out that the production for the iPhone 5S will be delayed by 2-4 weeks.

And finally, a trade-in program for iPhone 4 and 4S will be implemented by Apple through its official store, thus, there are more speculations that the iPhone 6 will be due soon to take advantage of the newest program. According to Network World, Bloomberg had reported that the trade in program will start this month, offering credits for used iPhone and 4S models that are still in good condition. The idea for the trade-in program is "getting users to upgrade to the iPhone 5 and turn in older models, people with knowledge of the plans said, Bloomberg noted.
