X-Ray Weapon Seized By FBI From KKK Member Planning To Use It On Muslims And Other ‘Enemies Of Israel’

A mobile X-ray weapon was seized by the FBI in New York, from a Ku Klux Klansman who planned to use the weapon to kills Muslims and other "enemies of Israel," federal authorities announced Wednesday.

Glendon Scott Crawford, 49, spent months designing and creating an X-ray weapon that would emit deadly amounts of radiation and could be detonated remotely, according to the FBI. Crawford recruited Eric J. Feight, 54, to join in the plot. Both were arrested Tuesday, the FBI said, according to ABC News.

Crawford cited "a political figure" and a Muslim organization as "potential targets." Sources familiar with the investigation identified the "political figure" as Obama.

However, the weapon was never operable or a danger to the public, according to reports.

"He directed the [government] to start bringing [Muslims] here without background checks," Crawford wrote, according to the FBI. "They don't have to follow any laws, and this administration has done more to enable a government sponsored invasion than the press can cover up."

Authorities were first made aware of Crawford and his plans in April 2012, when he went to a synagogue in Albany and contacted a local Jewish organizations "seeking out individuals who might offer assistance in helping him with a type of technology that could be used against people he perceived as enemies of Israel" and the United States. He called these perceived enemies and Muslims "medical waste" and "scumbags," USA Today reports.

Crawford and hoping people could help him develop the technology to secretly deliver damaging and even lethal doses of radiation against those he considered enemies of Israel, Fox News reports.

Authorities say Crawford and Feight could face up to 15 years in prison.
