[Trigger Warning]
In a recent BBC documentary, messages from Jung Joon Young's Kakao Talk group chat room were revealed, hinting at the heinous crimes he committed along with Seungri and more artists involved.
On May 19, BBC released a documentary film, titled "Burning Sun: Exposing the secret K-pop chat groups," on its official YouTube channel.
The 1-hour video features the interview with reporters Kang Kyung Yoon and Park Hyo Sil, who were the first to cover Jung Joon Young's "molka" case (illegally filmed videos). Here, the woman who was a victim of the sexual assault surfaced, recalling the painful past she experienced.
In the process, the appearances of some of the major involved stars including former BIGBANG Seungri were also unveiled.
For those who aren't aware of this big issue, the "Burning Sun Gate" incident started when a male clubgoer who was helping a woman being sexually assaulted was unfairly attacked by the staff and arrested by the police.
As netizens urged for a fair investigation, the authorities found out that behind the initial sexual assault case was a concerning involvement of the club in prostitution, police corruption and drug trafficking.
It was then revealed that Seungri who was one of the club directors was involved in some way, along with numerous celebrities and police officials.

Along with the investigation, the case escalated after the police found a Kakao Talk group chat room created by singer and actor Jung Joon Yoong in March 2016.
The gc contained disgusting messages shared by the members to relive what they did to their victims (rape, sexual assault) as well as send the actual clips of their crimes.
One of the heartless and evil crimes Jung Joon Young committed was gang-raping an intoxicated woman at a hotel along with Choi Jong Hoon (former F.T. Island). Frustratingly, Jung didn't have any remorse and went on with his fan signing event held in Daegu the next day after, as if nothing happened.
In reconstructed messages released by BBC (not the actual screenshots), they were talking about the drunk woman who appears to have fallen and hit her head. Jung showed no guilt and described it as the "most fun night of his life."
There was also a video released where Seungri was seen acting violently, pulling a woman's wrist at a party. The girl was pulling herself away from him, but Seungri got pissed and raised her voice and hand, urging her to keep quiet.
Seungri also used BIGBANG's name to attain authority, claiming that a woman should respect him while drunk at a drinking party.
Despite their unforgivable crimes, Seungri was recently released from jail after being sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison on charges of habitual gambling, prostitution brokerage, and embezzlement in the 2019 Club "Burning Sun" scandal.
Jung Joon Young was also released from prison in March after only serving five years regardless of her numerous sexual assault acts. Choi Jong Hoon also served for only 2 years and numerous members of the groupchat were left not convicted.
