During the entirety of the episode, Giselle and Eric Nam talked about various topics such as aespa's comeback, ongoing world tour, Giselle's favorite album, and many more. However, one segment stood out to fans the most.

At the 11:58 mark of the episode, Eric Nam brought up the subject of the difficult trainee life, before asking Giselle about her struggles in the idol industry.

Eric Nam: "I never really had that trainee experience, but I can only imagine it's incredibly stressful, very competitive, and there are like other girls that are like 'we're all competing, you're all competing' for that spot in the group."

Eric Nam: "That brings us to the present day. If that's like your past and your late teens, I guess early 20s kind of. You're still in your early 20s and you have been successful in a very short period of time to go from high school graduate to trainee to one of the top groups in the world."

Eric Nam: "That must be a steep learning curve. Probably, I imagine some things that come with a lot of joy and happiness, but also things that are hard to deal with. What have been some of the best things about getting to debut and do what you love to do?"

Eric Nam: "But also, what are some of the things that you were like 'ah, this is kind of tough,' that you might struggle with?"

Giselle then first revealed that she felt challenged with adjusting to the Korean language. Afterwards, Eric Nam inquired about Giselle's feelings on fame at such a young age, and how she manages herself emotionally. This led the idol to share about her relationship with music.

Eric Nam: "Fame is also hard and it's confusing, it's weird, and you're also in your twenties and there's so many emotions and growth happening. Is there like something you're trying to figure out right now these days?"

Giselle: "I think music-wise, definitely, have a lot of concerns. Because I did fall out of love with music, like doing this, why I started in the first place. I think everyone goes through that kind of crisis internally. I think I did lose my passion or my own style a lot during this journey."

However, Giselle reassured Eric Nam about her resolve to find her passion once again.

Giselle: "But yeah, I'm trying to find that again."

Eric Nam: "Like you're saying, I think everybody goes through it and it's normal. I've never been in a group so I don't fully understand what that might feel like, but even as a solo artist, there are moments where you're like, 'I'm kind of tired."
