According to netizens, if THESE K-pop idols debuted in popular groups by bigger labels, they would have been "It Girls" with their top-tier visuals and charisma.
On X, there is an ongoing trend where fans would create threads about K-pop idols with unrivaled "face cards" and going through them, a lot of netizens expressed regrets that THESE female stars haven't received the popularity that they deserve, despite being "It Girl" material.
1. LABOUM Solbin
In 2014, Solbin joined LABOUM, a group known for their most popular song, "Journey to Atlantis."
During her active days, she mesmerized fans with her beauty & physique, stunning vocals and dance skills. She was even compared to Bae Suzy, however, due to lack of promotion and other reasons, Solbin didn't rise as she should have.
2. Weki Meki Doyeon
While she showed promising fame as an I.O.I member, Doyeon was suddenly left behind after debuting as Weki Meki. Her second group has also lots of potential to rise as one of the best groups, but their lack of comebacks and activities eventually pushed them as a B-tier act, when they were supposed to be at the top as well.
Doyeon then entered the acting & modeling scene where she cemented her name, but it is a regret that such a rare gem didn't receive attention like other "It Girls."
3. Former Cherry Bullet Jiwon
These days, fans prefer idols who aren't only visually attractive, but can also perform live, and have a well-rounded personality as well as nice humor — all of these describe Heo Jiwon!
Her group already disbanded, but K-pop stans still regret how an "all-rounder" like her remained underappreciated until they parted ways.
4. Former ALICE Sohee

Since her early days in K-pop Star 6, Sohee truly shone for being a "complete package" idol who can sing, dance, and act, not to mention her goddess-like visuals and body ratio.
She never lacked in anything, but her labels truly messed up her career. Fans are truly regretful that they will never be able to see her on stage again after her retirement to get married to her businessman partner.
5. WOOAH Nana
When she debuted, Nana earned attention for her striking resemblance with Red Velvet Irene. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to earn fame like her senior due to a lack of chance for WOOAH to rise as a top girl group.
