Following Kiss of Life's first music show win, Korean netizens are showing mixed reactions to their encore stage.

On July 9, Kiss of Life took home their first-ever music show win. They snagged first place on "The Show" for their latest comeback "Sticky," earning 7,900 points. NCT Wish took home second place with 5,494 points, and Lee Chaeyeon ranked third with 2,288.

This marks Kiss of Life's first music show win since their debut in July 2023. International fans were ecstatic about their win, with many saying this showcases their dramatic rise in popularity with popular releases such as "Midas Touch" and "Sugarcoat."

As usual, Kiss of Life held an encore stage after being announced the winner. Soon, the stage went viral on social media and online community forums, with a post titled "Kiss of Life's encore on 'The Show'" being posted on TheQoo. In the post, the author included a supportive tweet, saying that their live vocals were good and they didn't disappoint.

For the stage, the members sang live while also giving each other kisses on the cheek.

Korean netizens soon started reacting to the live encore stage. Many were happy to see the girls finally win number one and stated that they did so well. Some pointed out that they appeared nervous at the start, but once they became more comfortable, their vocals became better. This makes sense since it is their first time holding an encore stage.

However, others were more critical of the girl group. Some believed that their vocals were extremely unstable, which was disappointing since they had a reputation for being extremely talented and expectations were high. While some argued that the song was hard to begin with, others simply thought they did not perform to the best of their abilities.
