Hyoyeon recalled the times SNSD "excluded" her from the group, jokingly inciting bullying issues among members. In response, Sooyoung explained her side. 

On Sept. 4th, Ep. 10 of "Hyoyeon Who Buys Us Food Well" was uploaded on the official YouTube channel, "Hyo's Level Up."

On this day, her fellow Girls' Generation member, Sooyoung, was invited as a guest, who revealed various anecdotes about the 17-year-old "Nation's Girl Group."

While talking about the drinking topic, Hyoyeon opened up about Sooyoung's winery trip with other SNSD members YoonA, Yuri, and Tiffany, and revealed that the aforementioned are heavy drinkers. 

Recalling this, Hyoyeon confessed that she wanted to go at the time, then accused SNSD of excluding her. 

However, Sooyoung explained:

"She wasn't in Korea back then."

Hyo also clarified that she keeps forgetting that the members invited her every time, but her schedules normally wouldn't match. She'd later forget about it, but upon seeing their photos, the idol would wonder why they didn't ask her to join them when they did in the first place.

However, the narrative of the "discord" rumor that Hyoyeon wanted to build finally took place when Sooyoung revealed that she intentionally didn't invite her to YoonA's birthday party. 

Hyoyeon hilariously exploded in frustration and complained:

"I thought my memory was wrong. Why did you girls hang out without me?!"

Sooyoung, feeling satisfied with Hyo's reaction explained:

"Because the four of us got together on my birthday. But when trying to gather eight of us, it's really hard to match the schedules, and just trying to check everyone's availability takes too much time. 

But with four people, it's much simpler. Since it was YoonA's birthday and we'd meet again soon, I thought it was fine. And when the four of us ate together, we agreed to meet there again next time before we parted."

Hyoyeon then jokingly used Seohyun and Taeyeon's names and claimed that they were also wondering why it always had to be the same four members, when in fact she was the one who was really curious about it. She added:

"Okay, have fun without us."

In Sooyoung's defense:

"When we first gathered, we asked everyone. And the ones who were available met up. Then we said, 'Let's meet again next time,' and that's how it happened. It wasn't planned from the start for just the four of us to meet."

Hearing this, Hyoyeon heaved a sign and blurted:

"With so many members, it's inevitable to split up."
