INFJ — which stands for Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging — is among the 16 types of personality categorized by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Among these types, INFJ is considered the rarest. In the U.S., only 1 to 3 percent are identified as INFJ, per the Myers & Briggs Foundation.
INFJ people are complicated because of their contradicting characters. They are both logical and emotional, creative yet analytical. As a result, they also have two types: Assertive who are confident and relaxed, whereas Turbulent people are less confident and stressed.
Without further ado, here are the INFJ K-pop idols known for their contradicting attitudes — such as being easy-going but also perfectionists.
SNSD's Taeyeon
Since her debut in 2007, Taeyeon has been shining on stage for her singing skills and hosting abilities.
But among idols, Taeyeon is a true introvert who gives importance to her personal quality time. She opened up about being a homebody who would rather relax at the comfort of her home than go out.
MAMAMOO's Solar
While MAMAMOO is a group with bolder and stronger concepts, Solar is actually funny and bubbly off-cam. However, this doesn't mean that she's also relaxed when it comes to work.
As an idol, she's passionate, hardworking, and organized in both her solo and group activities.
Kim Minju
The former IZ*ONE member possesses some attributes of being INFJ, such as her being empathetic. Back in her active promotion as a group, she clicked well with her co-members due to her ability to empathize with them, all while looking calm and composed.
VIVIZ's Umji
In October, Umji took the exam and revealed that she is also an INFJ.
The idol is usually composed in public, but she can be comfortable and as friendly when she's with her trusted friends.
EXO's Kai
As an INFJ, Kai has a good sense of humor and is easy-going off-cam. But when it comes to work, he is known for being diligent and passionate. He is one of the maknaes (youngest) and the babies of EXO, but he also has strong leadership capabilities.
NCT's Mark
Mark is a fierce idol on stage, but he's often calm and chill behind the camera.
In contrast, he has a deep sense that is not intimidating, but healing.
SEVENTEEN's Wonwoo
Wonwoo has been showing a nonchalant and reserved personality, but he's also emotional.
Aside from music, he shows his creative side with his love for arts. But he's also a member who is analytical and smart academically.
