Cha Eun Woo shared an emotional birthday message to his late ASTRO bandmate Moonbin.
To celebrate Moonbin's 27th birthday, Cha Eun Woo uploaded a poignant cover of "After A Long Time," a sentimental ballad by singer Shin Seung Hun.
The video, uploaded on his official YouTube channel, showed him singing the track wholeheartedly to remember Moonbin on his birthday. He was also seen comfortably dressed in a black shirt while surrounded by his musical equipment.
The song's heartfelt tone and emotional weight were perfectly captured by Cha Eun Woo's impressive singing.
After finishing the song, he said a short yet meaningful "Happy Birthday" greeting to his late friend. He also added a caption in the video to share more of his thoughts on Moonbin's special day.
"Happy birthday, Bin-ah. How are you? I miss you, especially nowadays," he wrote.
"There's a lot I want to talk to you about while having a drink together. But I don't have you for me to lean on. I'm sorry I can't go see you as often as I did last year. The more I thought about you, the more I worked hard. That's what you have wanted."
He continued, "But now I feel like it's getting overwhelming, and I don't know. Am I doing well? I feel your absence greatly, my friend. I just miss you. I love you. Happy Moonbin Day."
