Selena will be celebrating her 21st birthday on July 22 with the release of her new album. She doesn’t look like she’s very worried about Justin’s embarrassing escapades.

Justin’s manager Scooter Braun is reportedly the guy who got Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber back together. He might have done it to keep his young client on the straight and narrow. All their friends say that Selena is a calming influence on the bratty star who was seen peeing in a mop bucket at a New York City restaurant in February.
