Emma Stone And Andrew Garfield Dating 2013: Couple Feature In ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ New Pictures On Comic-Con Cover

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield feature in new pictures for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" movie, published in an Entertainment Weekly feature for Comic-Con. Emma and Andrew, the dating couple, take their off-screen romance to the big screen.

The EW piece published many new stills of the Spider-Man sequel, which is officially scheduled for release May 2, 2014. In one of the pictures, Emma and Andrew take their off-screen relationship to the big screen as the characters Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker, respectively. In the photo, Emma and Andrew smile fondly at each other, with their hands in their pockets and a busy New York night as the backdrop. Andrew is wearing a black coat, and Emma has on a cream-colored coat and a purple scarf, with her hair dyed blonde for her role as Gwen.

The film also stars Jamie Foxx, Paul Giamatti, Dane DeHaan, and Sally Field. "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" will be featured at Comic-Con, FansShare.com reports. The annual convention will take place in San Diego, California next week.  

The other photos include Jamie Foxx as Electro, both in human and villain form, confronted by Spider-Man. Another picture shows Spider-Man in Peter Parker's messy bedroom.

Andrew Garfield raised expectations for the sequel, saying that when he read the script for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" he almost shed a few tears.

"This time we have this very, very good script that makes a lot of sense. I almost cried. Because I was like, 'This is what we've needed and this is what we were missing a little bit in the first one,'" Garfield explained.

"I just felt this warm rain of reassurance rushing through my soul. I was like, 'Ok, we're fine.' If we mess up, it's my fault now," he added.

Andrew, 29, and Emma, 24, met while working on their first Spider-Man film in 2011, The Daily Mail reports. They have been dating ever since.
