Miley Cyrus, who recently met up with Liam Hemsworth in Canada to visit him for a weekend getaway near his movie set, will be traveling across the country in upcoming weeks to garner more publicity for her hit single. 

And one fan who spotted the couple at their hotel said they looked pleasant and were holding hands, calming breakup rumors. 

But Liam Hemsworth will be spending more time with his co-star Teresa Palmer he continues to shoot his newest film. 

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's rocky relationship has prompted a plethora of break up rumors, but another source also suggests the "We Can't Stop" star's drastic weight loss is caused by relationships from her loved ones is true.

A source told Heat Magazine that Miley Cyrus deals with issues involving her family and fiancée Liam Hemsworth by maintaining a strict diet and exercise regime and that some are concerned where she'll end up.

"Her diet and exercise regime has become like a religion - it's what's getting her through one of the more stressful times of her life," the source told Heat Magazine.

"But she can't carry on this way. People are scared she'll make herself ill."
