Playstation 4 Release Date Rumors: PS4 Sale Date Announced At Comic-Con? Sony To Host Several Informative Panels Throughout Weekend At Convention

Playstation 4 release date rumors might be snubbed at this year's Comic-Con in San Diego beginning July 18, as Sony announced they will be participating in a number of panels throughout the weekend.

Gamers around the world have been buzzing about the release date of the PS4 and are likely to question Sony about a specific sale date at one of the country's largest festivals for games.

Sony made the announcement on their blog site last week.

"For the first time ever, gamers can go hands-on with the PS4. On top of that, we'll be showing off some of this year's most highly anticipated PS3 and PS Vita titles, as well as participating in a number of panels throughout the weekend," Sony announced on its site.

"If that's not enough, we're also hosting contests at the PlayStation booth every day where we'll be giving away PS Vitas!"

But others say they already know the release date of the Playstation 4.

PS4.sx, a website featuring information about the release of Sony's next-generation console, released a countdown monitoring the release of the PS4 indicating 120 days left until it is released.

The website claims the release date for the Playstation 4 will be on November 13, the date that has been passed around by several different media outlets.

Two European retail giants publicized the November 13 release date last month and have been getting the attention of gamers around the world ever since.

Sony has not officially announced a release date for the PS4.
