Are Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber officially back together? New pictures surface showing the on-and-off couple looking very on again. Selena and Bieber may have reunited after the Fourth of July weekend.

A new photo obtained by TMZ shows Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber getting cozy at a Fourth of July party at a Hollywood Hills home. The couple are holding drinks in their hands, standing very close to each other. Both stars are under the legal drinking age in the United States, TMZ notes.

Bieber, 19, is holding a Dos Equis beer bottle, wearing bright orange shorts, a blank tank, and sneakers. Gomez, 20, clutches a red solo cup and looks much more put-together, wearing a strapless white maxi dress and cream heels. They are talking to friends near a pool. Bieber stands behind Gomez, right up against her.

Rumors circulated that the on-and-off couple were back on when Bieber posted a selfie Instagram photo of the two, captioning it "#Heartbreaker" on July 5, The New York Daily News reports, which is the same name of a song he will drop soon and has recently been promoting.

In the past, Selena said she would get back together with Bieber on one condition: "he's gotta stop acting like a d-bag," The Huffington Post reports. Does this mean he's got his act together for her?

Gomez has an exciting few weeks ahead of her: the "Come & Get It" singer will turn 21 just one day before her album "Star's Dance" is released Tuesday, July 23.

One of the songs, "Love Will Remember," was leaked last week and features an old voicemail from Bieber to his girl, The New York Daily news reports.

"Hey, Babe, it's me," the message begins. "I just want to call and tell you that I love you so, so, so much. I just wanted to let you know that you are my princess. You are worthy of all the love in the world. You are the love of my life."

Gomez says she thinks fans will really appreciate the song.

"It's not an aggressive approach to what people are probably expecting. I'm sure he'll love it too," she told InStyle magazine.
