The Walking Dead' Season 4 Spoilers, Episode 1: Carol and Daryl Get It On?

The Walking Dead' Season 4 Spoilers, Episode 1 reveals a new plot twist and it’s got nothing to do with zombies. Comic-Con 2013 is going nuts over the new The Walking Dead spoiler that Norman Reedus revealed recently. He’s talking about a new “Walking Dead” threat, Carol and Daryl, the rhyming anti-zombie favorites are about to become “a thing.”

Now, there are all kinds of things in the world of “The Walking Dead,” some of them are dead, some are undead, and some just should be dead, because the zombie apocalypse has made them so mean and nasty. But this might be a nice “thing.” Norman Reedus talked about “The Walking Dead” to the good people at AccessHollywood.com at the Wired Cafe at Comic-Con 2013, at the Omni Hotel in San Diego. (There’s going to be a zombie walk at the Comic-Con today or tomorrow, so they’re primed for all kind of walking dead “things.”

Norman Reedus, who Daryl Dixon, hinted about the new threat but admitted he couldn't reveal too much because "Every boss I have is in the city right now."

The crossbow-wielding “Walking Dead” star said some changes are in the works. "The zombies became sort of manageable at the end of last season and they're a little less manageable right now - in a very clever way.”

So, with walkers taking up less and less of their time, the survivors have some breathing room. Heavy breathing room?

Daryl and Carol (Melissa McBride) have been getting closer and closer as the prison walls started closing in on them, but they haven’t bumped nasties yet. Reedus says "They are a thing already and they care about each other and there's reasons that they care about each other. I just don't think -- I mean, if anybody would make a move out of those two, it'd be Carol. I don't think Daryl's the type of guy that's like, 'Hey babe, get over here, give me a kiss!' You know what I'm saying? He'd be like, 'Get the hell away from me!'

Norman doesn’t think Daryl and Carol will get the chance for romance any time soon. But if they do, he has says “I think, if he did that, his head would explode. ... It wouldn't be like, 'Oh, we did it. Let's cuddle. We're a thing,'" Norman continued. "I don't think he's emotionally stable enough to have sex, cuddle, talk in the... I don't think he could do. I think he would do it like an animal. You know what I mean? And if we're gonna do it, I hope someone is biting the back of someone's neck."

"The Walking Dead" returns to AMC this October. Halloween is always around the corner on The Walking Dead.
