The Royal Family isn’t the only famous family celebrating a new baby. Penélope Cruz, the 39-year-old Oscar-winning actress who used to live next door to the royals, gave birth to her second child with her husband Javier Bardem. Penélope Cruz had a baby girl on Monday, July 22, in Madrid, Spain’s Ruber Internacional Hospital.

Javier Bardem was right at his wife’s side when Penélope Cruz had her baby girl. The girl was born on the same day that Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed their royal baby. Penelope was originally thought to be due back in June. Penelope and Javier were married in early July 2010 in the Bahamas.

Penélope Cruz for announced she was pregnant on Spanish TV back in February, telling TV station TVE that she was "tremendously happy and excited." Cruz andBardem also have a 2-year-old son, Leonardo, who was born at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles in 2011. Penelope says Leo the reason she's been happier in her thirties than she was in her twenties.

The starlet told Harper's Bazaar “I am living for every day and trying to have less fear, less worry. But I have always worried about everything; it's in my nature. It's the thing that makes me suffer the most."

Last spring, while Bardem was making the movie “Skyfall” in England, Cruz and Bardem stayed at a luxury apartment building in London. Next door to Prince William and Kate Middleton, who live at Kensington Palace.

Penelope was originally thought to be due back in June. Penelope and Javier were married in early July 2010 in the Bahamas.
