OS X Maverick Beta 4 was released in the late afternoon by Apple. Does this mean that the iOS 7 beta 4 will also be available soon?  

Gotta Be Mobile reported about the release of OS X Mavericks Beta 4, indicating that it be a sign that the company is not letting a recent hack interfere its beta processes, thus, the iOS  beta 4 download may appear on the dev center, too.

Last Thursday, July 18, Apple developer's site became a victim of a security breach, where accordingly, an intruder tried to access the site. Because of this issue in the website's security, it was taken down temporarily to fix the issue, create a new database and make sure no sensitive information will be compromised. Because of this, iOS 7 beta 4 download was not released on time, based on Apple's then consistent 2-week release schedule for its iOS 7 beta versions. iOS 7 beta 3 was released on July 8, while the iOS 7 beta 2 was unleashed for the developers on June 8.

iOS 7 beta 4 was expected to become available on July 22, but Apple's site for its Developer program was only offering limited features that time, with the webpage for the iOS dev center still inaccessible. Until now, the page where iOS 7 beta 4 download can be accessed is still under development.

There is no word from Apple yet as to when iOS 7 beta 4 download will be released or when the iOS Dev Center page on the developer's site will go up and running again. However, if everything is currently doing well, with OS X Mavericks Beta 4 now available, developers can expect that the iOS 7 beta 4 download is already on its way. Well, hopefully.
