Apple Vs. Samsung: Korean Company Secretly 'Excited' Once Bigger iPhone 6 Is Launched

Apple vs. Samsung: For the past couple of years, Apple and Samsung have been battling it out both in and out of the court due to patents, accusations of copyright infringements, etc. And just a couple of months ago, Samsung has lost another major trial and was required to pay almost $1 billion in damages.

Now, it appears the Korean company may be getting its revenge soon.

According to a report by BGR, a Bloomberg post says that Samsung may be getting a sweet victory once Apple finally launches its 4.7-inch and 5.5-incher iPhones.

"If Apple does come out with a new smartphone later this year that resembles Samsung's phablets, it will be a symbolic victory for the Korean company that's eager to distance itself from its old image," says Bloomberg in its report.

True enough, Samsung has always been accused of copying from Apple (wherein in most cases, they are true). However, once the Cupertino company releases a bigger iPhone, it could be seen as an imitation of Samsung's Galaxy Note lineup, which it first launched a couple of years ago.

However, it would be difficult to admit for Samsung that Apple would be bringing the war to its backyard once these bigger smartphones are launched. Samsung may have the experience in the large-phone war, but Apple still has the upper hand when it comes to design, and overall performance.
