Upcoming ZTE Phones 2014: Grand S II Unveiled In China, Specs Include 5.5" 1080p Display, Quad-Core CPU, Snapdragon 801, 3/2GB RAM, 13MP Rear Shooter, Pricing Begins At $274

Upcoming ZTE phones 2014: Have you heard the news about an upcoming Android smartphone that will pack 4GB of RAM? Well, it's supposed to be ZTE Grand S II, and from the looks of it, that 4GB RAM is still a dream that's too good to be true. 

According to a report by Android Community, the new ZTE flagship device has recently been unveiled in China, and would cost 1,699 RMB or about $274, which is a fairly cheap price.

So what would you expect from a smartphone that costs just this much?

Well, you get a few high-end specs which include a 5.5-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a quad-core Krait 400 CPU clocked at 2.3GHz, a Snapdragon 801 chipset, and 2GB of RAM. 

Other specs include a 13MP primary camera at the back and a 2MP front-facing shooter, 16GB of storage, LTE connectivity and dual-SIM support. 

In addition, the report also points to a premium version of the ZTE Grand S II, which is powered by 3GB of RAM instead of just 2. The built-in storage has also been boosted to 32GB. 

In the report, this premium version will cost 2,499 RMB or about $403.
