Upcoming PS4 Games For April 2014 Include ‘Final Fantasy XIV’ From Square Enix And The Survival Horror ‘Daylight’ Of Zombie Studios; Stunt Bike Title ‘Trials Fusion’ Also Arriving

A number of upcoming PS4 games are scheduled to arrive this April 2014.

While there are new PS4 games that have been released already on the first day of the month, such as "Mercenary Kings" and "King Oddball," PlayStation 4 users can still expect new titles arriving for the console.

One of the upcoming PS4 games that is set for launch this April is the "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn." The massively multiplayer online RPG from Square Enix is already available for Windows PC and PS3 and this April 2014, the game is set to be available for Sony's latest game console. According to Gamezone, "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn" release date for the PS4 version is set for April 14.

Meanwhile, for the fans of horror titles, another one of the upcoming PS4 games slated for April 2014 launch is "Daylight." According to recent Daylight PS4 release date news, the game's launch will be delayed until the end of the month to make the game "scarier." The game developer, Zombie Studios stated:

Let's not mince words. First news you need to know about Daylight is that we had to delay the release date by several weeks. Here's the thing: the way Daylight is developed is completely different because of its procedural generation. In a lot of ways it really helped the team by streamlining the environment creation, but it's taken extra time to make sure all the scare cues are properly implemented for maximum player effect.

Instead of the April 8 launch, Daylight PS4 release date is now scheduled for April 29.

Moreover, Sony fans should also watch out for another upcoming PS4 game this April 2014. The 2D stunt bike franchise from Red Lynx is set to return this month with the PS4 title "Trials Fusion." The game will feature "full map-editor and tons of physics-based challenges to test your skills," according to GameZone. Further describing the upcoming PS4 game, the post reads,"The game builds off the same addictive physics-based gameplay of its predecessors while incorporating brand-new features, including the FMX tricks system."
